There are no men’s or women’s professions

Women are struggling against the discrimination of their rights nowadays. Many people are in favour of the idea that women are able to carry out any work as well as men. Others claim there is no place for women in some professions .

In my opinion, women have been underestimated for years. Firstly, modern technologies provide an opportunity for both men and women to manage with difficult operations. Secondly, an access to education has equalized the chances of getting a prestigious job. Thirdly, contemporary businessmen tend to hire mixed stuff because it is more efficiency to combine man’s and woman’s abilities in one activity.

However, some people argue that woman are incapable of doing some types of work.

To begin with, female gender is less physically hardy than male one. Furthermore, it is well-known fact that men’s and women’s characters are totally different.

Last but not least, it is often suggested that sooner or later women should stay at home and bring up children, so they do not need to learn a complex profession for life.

I cannot agree with the opposing opinion. There are many examples of mighty and muscular women in the world. Moreover, ladies are mentally resistant. Finally, modern parents resort to the help of nannies, so child rearing is not an obstacle for having a full-day job.

To sum up, there are two opposing views on the problem of the professional division, but I feel strongly women should be given the same rights as a man and it will be the most effective outcome.
