In modern realities career is considered to be one of the most significant part of the 21st century person’s life. Nowadays, when globalization is spreading all over the world, the labor market can offer plenty of employment possibilities in a variety of developing areas.

The field of Information Technology is truly promising. It is developing like never before and is a source of growing list of professions. Blockchain programmer, system administrator, computer security specialist — all of these jobs is connected with Information Technology. When I finish education, I’ll choose a profession of a neural net programmer as I am convinced that it will change our world. I believe that in the future this profession will evolve into artificial intellect (AI) programming.

I love programming and Information Technology study so I think that profession of a neural net programmer suits me a lot. But not only does this field need interest in what you are doing; it also requires analytical thinking, concentration, assiduity and algorithmic approach. In my opinion, I combine most of the necessary qualities, but it seems to me that I definitely lack assiduity and perseverance, so I hope to obtain these characteristics during the education process.

Career of my dream requires special education in the fields of informational technology and industrial technology. Such countries as the USA, China, Singapore and European countries like Finland and the Netherlands rise above the level of IT development of other countries. Finland is known for outstanding digital infrastructure and deep integration of innovative informational technologies in everyday life, whereas the US is known for its superior educational programs in IT sphere.

One of the best options is Saint-Petersburg University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics (ITMO). I would like to become its student as it provides students with innovational educational program which helps them to realize projects made while studying. It also provides students with employment possibilities as it has contracts with eminent employers and also attracts investors to fund various concepts.

It’s not easy to become a student of such popular university so I’ll have to work on myself. While studying at school, I’ll definitely have to upgrade my programming and mathematical skills and also learn various programming

languages, so I consider visiting special courses or studying with a tutor rather helpful. I also need to study English better to pass IELTS or TOEFL in order to succeed in admission.

To conclude I would like to say that in the era of computer science people are granted with abundance of innovational workplaces in all spheres of life. Getting these jobs takes a huge effort to be made and variety of necessary qualities to be obtained. But in the end it is worth it. As the saying goes: “Lessons hard to learn are sweet to know”
